Terra Madre Salone del Gusto

From 24 to 27 September 2026, the Terra Madre Salone del Gusto returns – the most important international event dedicated to food and agricultural policies.

This 16th edition coincides with the 40th anniversary of Slow Food Italia and the theme is “Biodiversity Be Diversity”.

Biodiversity, the focus of the event, is seen as an antidote to monoculture in all its forms and represents the foundation for living in harmony with natural resources and fostering a culture of peace. Biodiversity is, therefore, agricultural, but also social and cultural.

This year, the event takes place in the centre of Turin, in the area between Piazza Carlo Felice and Piazza Vittorio Veneto.

The rich programme features hundreds of events, tastings, conferences and much more. As every year, the heart of the event is the market of Italian and international producers.
