Salone Internazionale del Libro in Turin

“The world saved by kids” is the theme of the 38th edition of the Turin International Book Fair, which takes place from Thursday, May 14 to Monday, May 18, 2026 at Lingotto Fiere exhibition center.

The title is inspired by Elsa Morante’s 1968 book of the same name and is also intended as a message of hope for the future.

As every year, great attention is paid to the poster that identifies the edition.

The illustration, created by Gabriella Giandelli, shows us a wall of vegetation in which a group of children make their way. Their strength and energy give rise to hope in a world where fantasy and dreams coexist with reality.

Their thoughts make plants sprout and flowers bloom, filling our eyes with new vitality.
