MITO SettembreMusica

The 20th edition of MITO SettembreMusica begins on 6 September – the event that renews the cultural bond between Turin and Milan every year and continues to unite the two cities.

Until 20 September, numerous musical events of international significance are scheduled to take place at various venues across the cities: theatres, auditoriums, conservatoires, churches and cultural spaces.

‘Harmonia’ is the title and theme chosen for this edition: the aim is to bring differences together, striking a balance between tensions and divisions, and to remind us that every voice finds its full meaning only when listening to another – in music and beyond.

Despite the difficulties of the present, listening to one another allows every community to grow and to forge connections.

The event programme thus explores a dialogue between tradition and the contemporary.
