Artissima

Artissima – Turin International Contemporary Art Fair – is the only art fair in Italy dedicated exclusively to contemporary art.

The 33rd edition kicks off on Friday 30 October, and for three days the Oval Lingotto venue will host 183 galleries from around the world, divided into seven sections.

This year’s theme is Fancy: A Flexible, Acrobatic Body and stems from the idea that art is not limited to giving form to what already exists, but that imagination directs possibilities towards what is as yet invisible. The imagination possesses a flexible and acrobatic body that allows it to explore diversity.

The fair is enriched by a programme of talks, presentations and meetings with artists and curators.
