Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2024

Terra Madre Salone del Gusto return to Torino at Parco Dora from 24 to 30 Septmber 2024. 

The topic of this year edition is "We are Nature", the idea that each human being is just a small component in the vast web of relation that is nature. 

Food is our most important link between nature and culture: Slow Food, through Terra Madre, aims to show a way forward, to light a new path toward a healthier relationship with nature, through food. Our food reconnects us to the land, the soil, the sea, but it is also an integral part of our identities, our pleasure. It’s the perfect tool to reshape the bond between nature and culture.

The event will bring to the city 3,000 delegates from 120 countries and more than 600 exhibitors from the Italian and International Market.

Among them are about 180 Slow Food Presidia participating from Italy and abroad.
