BANKSY & FRIENDS Stories of Rebel Artists.

“Art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfort-loving...” - (Banksy)

From November 15 to March 2, 2025, the city of Turin welcomes a unique exhibition to the halls of the Promotrice delle Belle Arti: Banksy&Friends: stories of rebellious artists, the exhibition that chronicles contemporary art through the eyes of some of the most influential living artists.

With its more than 80 works, the exhibition represents what contemporary art is today, with the works of beloved artists such as Banksy, Jago, Tvboy, as well as internationally known names: Liu Bolin, David LaChapelle, Takashi Murakami, Mr. Brainwash, Damien Hirst, Obey, Patrizia Casagranda, Sara Pope, Kaws up to Italians Angelo Accardi, John Blond, MaPo, Ozmo, Mimmo Rotella, Laurina Paperina, Nello Petrucci, Rizek and Giuseppe Veneziano.

All protagonists of a public and social art that speaks of a contemporary reality that belongs to everyone, which has become an accessible, direct and denunciatory language in which the viewer can identify with.

Curated by Piernicola Maria Di Iorio, with production by Next Events in collaboration with Pop House Gallery, Piuma, Arthemisia and Trium Art Gallery, the exhibition tells nonconformist stories, exploring important themes such as life, death, social injustice, wars, narrated now with different tones.
