A centrally located venue in the 19th-century Galleria Subalpina, featuring a spacious and scenic hall with high vaulted ceilings supported by stone columns.

Operating since 1987, the establishment has offered, since 1995, a refined Japanese sushi bar as an alternative to its meticulously curated Italian cuisine.

It is one of the first sushi bars to open in Italy and the very first in Turin.

The Italian cuisine menu is predominantly inspired by local flavors, offering two guided tasting menus—one focused on meat and the other on fish.

The wine list is extensive, featuring over 250 labels. A private room is available for reservations, and in the summer, guests can enjoy outdoor seating in the Galleria as well as air conditioning indoors.
