My name is Elisabetta Marras and, since 2019, I have been working as a freelance event director for corporate events and offsite experiences. My role combines co-design, strategic vision, and operational coordination. Like a film director, I work alongside clients to shape their objectives and turn them into a coherent experience, orchestrating venues, suppliers, and timing with a smooth and seamless flow, from small groups to more structured events.

I step in where a single guiding vision is missing, preventing fragmentation and ensuring quality. Clients have one point of contact and can fully focus on relationships and outcomes.
