Let yourself be guided in a visit to the brewery Soralamà in Vaie located at the entrance of the Val di Susa at the foot of Sagra di San Michele, where flows a source of pure mountain water!
The Brewmaster will show you the production techniques and the raw materials used; he will give you historical notes on the origins of beer and its evolution. He will describe the main styles of beer and explain the tapping techniques. However, the experience would not be complete without tasting the wide range of beers produced also drawing directly from the aging vats, in combination with typical Valsusini foods (in particular goffri, cheeses and cold cuts).
