THE UNVEILED GARDEN

The 60 hectares of the Gardens surrounding the Reggia of Venaria are a landscape and architectural marvel, a place where art and beauty meet the ancient wisdom of agricultural techniques and contemporary practices of environmental sustainability.

But the Gardens of the Reggia also bear witness to a long history of abandonment and surprising rebirth: the long restoration work, the commitment and vision of men and women who believed in a great restoration project, the daily work of those who take care of it today have restored to this place its former splendour and brought it back to the contemporary.
