Hands in dough at Eataly!

In the Sala dei Duecento, in the Carpano Museum spaces on the first floor of Eataly Lingotto, the teacher and its team welcome the group. A welcome glass of wine is offered and the activity is presented: the participants are divided into working groups. The teacher describes the dishes inspired by Italian traditions to be created (regional pastas/pizza).

Each participant is given an apron, recipes and the pin of the team they belong to. Under the guidance of the sous-chefs, all teams work simultaneously to prepare the assigned recipe.

At the end, the participants taste the result of their work, accompanied by a glass of wine from the Eataly cellar.
