Be a sfoglino or a sfoglina for a day: you'll have the chance to get inside the fresh pasta laboratory of Eataly Lingotto, "Plin" by Ugo Alciati (1 Michelin star chef of Ristorante Da Guido - Serralunga d'Alba CN), get your hands in the paste and create the famous Piedmontese agnolotti according to the recipe of Lidia Alciati, to be enjoyed then at the end of the lesson with a good glass of wine!
BREAD EXPERIENCE - Hands in dough!
The Master Bakers of Eataly Lingotto will reveal to you the secrets of the white art and the tricks for the perfect dough of Rustic bread, which is prepared every day using only water, Mulino Marino stone-ground organic flour and daily refreshed mother yeast. All the processes, from the dough to baking in the wood-fired oven, take place in the live laboratory and it is there that the Experience will take place. You will have the opportunity to prepare your dough and at the end won't miss a guided tasting of breads.
