Incoming Experience - hotels group and services operates in Piedmont and combines more than 120 selected partners: hotels, apartments, tour guides, restaurants, wineries, bike & trekking specialists, bus services, convention centres and event locations.

We have been working in the tourism industry since 2009; with strong relationships and in-depth local knowledge, Incoming Experience is the perfect choice for tour operators and event organizers. We offer customized programs with competitive rates and guaranteed quality.

We have a flexible online booking platform that can be integrated with the event website. We have managed more than 60 congresses and more than 40 sports events.
