Born in Torino in 2009, Incoming Experience - hotel group and services - has 120 members, including accommodation facilities (3-4 and 5 star hotels, aparthotels, relais), conference centres and event locations, guided services, transport services (bus, minivan, NCC), providers of outdoor experiences (bike & trekking) and food & wine experiences (wine cellars, restaurants, agritourisms) and event services (catering, hostess, audiovisual).

Incoming Experience is the ideal partner for tour operators, event organisers and agencies.

We supports the organisers of conferences, conventions, sporting events, fairs and incentives in the accommodation management, with a flexible website for hotel reservations and a wide choice of selected accommodation facilities.

We also support the search for locations, conference centres and locations for dinners and social events and the organisation of team building experiences and activities.

We plan strategic marketing activities for Turin and Piedmont, in collaboration with Turismo Torino, Visit Piemonte and Piemonte Incoming.
We take our partner around the world partecipating in trade fairs, workshops, sales missions and educational tours and through our digital and press communication activities.
We offer our clients the best accommodation solutions, an always updated range of experiences and flexible and accurate support.

OUR HISTORY

2009 Incoming Experience - hotel group and services - is founded in Turin, a new model with two core products - hotels and experiences - for tour operators and sports event organisers.

2013 Incoming Experience receives official recognition from the Piedmont Region and the following year becomes a partner of Turismo Torino e Provincia.

2017 The new website is online, with the first tool for event accommodation management in Piedmont. The programme of fairs and sales missions is developed in Europe and foreign markets are strengthened.

2019 Incoming Experience celebrates its 10^th anniversary with over 100 members and a record year for events.

2021 18,000 overnight stays sold with Voucher Vacanza , a promotion created in collaboration with Regione Piemonte. Incoming Experience becomes a partner of Piemonte Incoming and ViA(E) per viaggiare.

2023 Presentation of the new logo and the new brand identity. The events unit grows and develops in the IE MICE division. The experience catalogue becomes a marketplace.
