The most important international event dedicated to raw milk and dairy cheeses returns to Bra. This year's edition, whose theme will be Natural is possible, will be held from 20 to 23 September 2019. Among the novelties this year is the space dedicated to fermier producers who only transform the milk of their animals. In addition, the window expands on excellent production of cold cuts without nitrites and nitrates and naturally leavened breads.
